Content Workflow

To save a piece of content while creating or editing it, click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page at any time. If required fields haven’t been filled out, saving won’t proceed until the information is provided. Successfully saving will instantly affect the front end.

Content has two statuses by default: Published and unpublished. If content is published, it will be visible to users. If it’s unpublished, it won’t be visible, which can be useful in hiding a piece of content which is no longer wanted, or working on a draft which isn’t finished yet.

To delete a piece of content, edit it and click the “Delete” link at the bottom or the “Delete” tab at the top of the page. It will be deleted immediately after confirming your action on the next page, and deleted content cannot be recovered, so this should generally not be used.
